Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or custom manufacturing reasons (example: herbal/ayurvedic consumables once opened, customized/special orders, etc.).
Return Process

- Our support team will verify and approve the return request (if eligible).
- The product must be shipped back to our warehouse address provided after approval.
Refund Method
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within:
- 5–7 business days for UPI / Wallet / Bank Transfer / Online Payments.
- Store credit or exchange option is available upon request.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Images/videos of the product
- Packaging condition proof
A replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Following categories are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Opened consumable items (Herbal, Ayurvedic, Organic products)
- Clearance sale items
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories
