Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, location, and courier service availability. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor delivery status.
Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
If the order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Repeated delivery attempt failure
- Unavailability of customer
Reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged Shipment
If the package appears tampered or damaged:
- Do NOT accept the delivery.
- Take photos/videos and notify us immediately.
We will assist in replacement/claim as per courier policy.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
